<p>The film begins with the formation of the new government when a rectitude, Satya Murthy, becomes Chief Minister of . After that, he formed his government by selecting people with a clean image in his cabinet and bringing out several revolutionary changes in the state, overshadowing Joginatham, a strong aspirant for the chairs. They all covetously assemble with Contractor Papa Rao, a political lobbyist, and decide to assassinate CM. Papa Rao contacts a Professional Killer, Narang, for it and keeps the deadline till 1 November. The intelligence bureau detects the catastrophe. They specially appoint a stout-hearted cop, SP Pratap, to hide it. The rest of the story is about how SP Pratap shields CM from the secret killer.</p>
