Songs by Karthik Raja and lyrics written by . gave the film a rating of two out of five stars and stated that “No two ways about it, the film is an unmitigated endurance test”. wrote, “If you dig suspense and thrill and are willing to take a few protracted scenes in your stride, could be up your alley”.</p>
